A proper carpet installation makes an essential contribution to its good appearance and towards retaining its value. Laying a broadloom carpet can be done via traditional gluing. You obtain details on how to lay your carpet properly on the following pages.

In Germany, please ensure beforehand that subflooring is prepared in compliance with the VOB standard (regulations for awarding building contracts and for contract performance), Part C of DIN 18365, “Work on floor coverings”. Equivalent standards apply in other countries, for instance the SIA norm in Switzerland. The generally acknowledged rules of the profession are to be equally taken into account.
